Thanks to one of our iPhone App users for this recipe – no name provided but a very nice recipe.


Put Extra Light Ricotta in a baking dish and bake for approx 10-20min on 180 degrees celsius or until a little golden on top.

Ricotta will ‘shrink’ in the dish when baked FYI I use Perfect Italiano Extra Light Ricotta (less carbs, fat, kj, sugars etc than low fat cottage cheese)

Baked Ricotta can be eaten on it’s own, used as a ‘cracker’ for your favorite toppings or as a base for dessert.
