- Butternut squash 2 cups cooked and mashed
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Dukan butter flavours everal drops
- Eggs 3
- Nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Skimmed milk 1/3 cup
- Splenda 1/2 or 1/3 cup (depends on your taste)
- Vanilla extract
- Peel the butternut squash and steam cook it. Then mash it.
- Preheat the oven at 190C.
- Mix all ingredients, then put them in a casserole dish or ramekins and bake in the oven at 190C for around an hour or until it is set.
