Butternut Squash Souffle


  • Butternut squash 2 cups cooked and mashed
  •  Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  •  Dukan butter flavours everal drops
  •  Eggs 3
  •  Nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon
  •  Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  •  Skimmed milk 1/3 cup
  •  Splenda 1/2 or 1/3 cup (depends on your taste)
  •  Vanilla extract


  1. Peel the butternut squash and steam cook it. Then mash it.
  2. Preheat the oven at 190C.
  3. Mix all ingredients, then put them in a casserole dish or ramekins and bake in the oven at 190C for around an hour or until it is set.
